Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you suspect a duplicate account exists, contact support immediately.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Use of the 777ak Service is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 777ak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
Meeting the minimum age requirement does not automatically make online gambling lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777ak makes no representation that the Service is legal in all locations from which it may be accessed. Players who access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not open an Account on behalf of a third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or use your Account in connection with any professional, syndicate or commercial wagering operation without prior written authorisation from 777ak.
By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under any mental incapacity that would prevent you from understanding and agreeing to these Terms, and that you are not self-excluded from this or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
To access the full Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account. If 777ak detects that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses within them may be forfeited. Players who discover they hold more than one Account must inform support immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to notify 777ak immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. 777ak will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
777ak operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, proof of payment method and other documentation at any stage — including before processing withdrawals or above certain deposit thresholds. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any manner that:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ak platform: opening accounts using false identities; abusing promotional offers by creating multiple accounts; using the platform to process payments on behalf of third parties; and engaging in any activity that 777ak reasonably determines to be detrimental to the legitimate interests of the platform or its players.
777ak endeavours to keep the Service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. 777ak will not be liable for any losses, missed bets or inconvenience caused by Service interruptions.
All balances, deposits and withdrawals on 777ak are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion occurs at a payment processor level, the exchange rate applied will be determined by the relevant processor and may include a spread.
Payment method references displayed on 777ak — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for user familiarity and context only. These references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or guarantee of availability by any of the named institutions. Supported deposit methods are confirmed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits that fall below the stated minimum may not be credited and could be subject to a return processing delay.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. 777ak aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier help section, though processing times may be affected by payment processor schedules, bank holidays and additional verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit, unless otherwise approved.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. 777ak reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation on any Account and to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory AML review. Funds that cannot be verified may be returned to their original source.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 777ak are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
All bonus amounts, turnover thresholds, cashback percentages and PKR figures shown on this site are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed by the operator within the official promotions section. Always read the full promotion terms before opting in.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus (or a combination of deposit and bonus) must be turned over before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering — for example, sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slots or casino games.
Attempting to abuse bonuses — including by creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — is a breach of these Terms. 777ak reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion is voluntary and not a condition of using the Service.
777ak reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any wager at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected, markets are suspended due to event developments, or technical issues affect odds integrity. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been generated in your Account history.
In the event that odds are published in error — for example, due to a data feed failure, human error or technical fault — 777ak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. This applies to all sports markets including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC, tennis and any other events offered on the platform.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the relevant outcome can be determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook help section. Generally, stakes on void bets are returned to the player's Account Balance.
In-play betting markets are subject to interruption and suspension during live events. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended may be voided. Connection issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding a confirmed bet.
Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market type apply and are stated within the relevant sportsbook and casino game sections. 777ak reserves the right to apply discretionary limits on accounts displaying unusual or professional wagering patterns.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 777ak may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 777ak does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ak shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill — whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, even if 777ak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
777ak shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Service arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failure, power outages, telecommunications disruptions or similar events.
You accept that gambling involves risk and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through your Account. 777ak will not compensate Players for gambling losses under any circumstances.
777ak may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or restrict access to any Account where it reasonably believes that: the Account has been used in breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity has occurred; KYC documentation has not been provided as requested; or any regulatory obligation requires such action.
Following a period of suspension, 777ak may permanently close an Account if the underlying issue is not resolved satisfactorily. Upon termination for cause, any bonuses within the Account are forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at 777ak's discretion, subject to KYC completion and AML clearance.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ak holds its operational licence. 777ak does not claim to be licensed under Pakistani law and makes no representations about the legal status of its licence with respect to Pakistani users.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
777ak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, we may notify registered players via on-platform notification or email to the address on file.
Your continued use of the Service following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Service and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
